      图书馆专业性是保证图书馆事业可持续发展的关键因素。随着新时代图书馆事业的发展和转型,新的图书馆专业性亟待构建。文章以新冠肺炎疫情防控期间图书馆的行动实践为切入点,从图书馆体系、图书馆服务和图书馆资源三个方面考察了武汉地区公共图书馆在抗疫工作中的专业表现。在此基础上,又进一步将观察视域拓宽到中国和世界各地图书馆的抗疫工作之中,从图书馆行业在响应速度、资源供给、长远布局和应变思维等方面呈现了图书馆的专业面相。通过抗疫实践中的追问与思考,作者对新时代图书馆的专业性问题做出了回答,认为图书馆员职业应该拥有一个更积极、主动的内核,成为重大社会事件的积极反应者、图书馆生态系统的方向引领者、培育阅读习惯的专业推广者、弥合社会鸿沟的信息赋能者和服务创新与终身学习的坚定践行者。参考文献27。

Library professionalism is a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of the librarianship. With the development and transformation of the librarianship in the new era, a new professionalism in libraries is urgently needed.
Taking the practice of libraries during the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic as an entry point, the article examines the professional performance of libraries in Wuhan in the fight against the epidemic from three aspects: professional library system, professional library services and professional library resources. 1) In recent years, the library system of three levels has been established in Wuhan in which the Wuhan Library acts as the central library, libraries of districts as main libraries (the district level) and community libraries as branch libraries (the district level). The sound system plays an important role in the anti-epidemic practice. 2)During the epidemic period, public libraries in Wuhan provides both online and offline services. Library workers visited different communities, including makeshift hospitals, groups of medical workers who came to aid Wuhan, quarantine venues, people who were stranded in Wuhan, temporary shelters and rehabilitation revenues. Seventy eight “book corners” were built to provide spiritual nourishment for patients, doctors and other staff and help them relive mental stress and panic. Online services involved contests of knowledge related to the epidemic prevention and protection, traditional festival guess lantern riddles, reading punching in, the mini program “home of the makeshift” and other reading and interactive activities, which soothed the citizens and enhanced their confidence in the fight against the epidemic. 3) The professionalism of libraries in Wuhan in information exploration and utilization is revealed from two aspects. The first is to sift out excellent information and carry out “ant-epidemic in information”. For example, a large deal of authoritative health information was pushed to the whole city including The COVID-19 Prevention and Protection, The Manual of the COVID-19 Prevention, The Manual of the COVID-19 Pneumonia Prevention and Protection, 28 Questions of the COVID-19 Pneumonia Preventionand so on. The second aspect is to promote reading for spiritual release. For examples, libraries cooperated with other libraries, bookstores and institutions in other cities to provide books in home life, medical knowledge, health and fitness, mental health and classical literature for makeshift hospitals and “book corners”.
The article further broadens the scope of observation to include the fight against the epidemic in libraries in China andworldwide to reveal the libraries’ professionalism in terms of responsiveness, resource availability, long-term planning and responsive thinking.
The author answers the question of the professionalism of libraries in the new era by pursuing and thinking about the question in the anti-epidemic practice. The author believes that librarians should play a more active and proactive role to be an active respondent to major social events, the leader of the library ecosystem, the professional promoter of reading, an information enabler bridging the information divide, and a firm practitioner of service innovation and lifelong learning. 27 refs.
