      公共图书馆的服务原则可归纳为开放原则、公益原则、公平原则和共享原则。开放、公益原则体现公共图书馆的服务性质,是原则之核心。公平、共享原则体现服务制度与目的。“开放”是服务的基础,“公益”、“公平”、“共享”在开放中体现;共享是目的,且通过开放、公益、公平服务去实现。这些服务原则相互作用,密不可分,贯彻于公共图书馆服务工作的全过程。参考文献5。
英文摘要:
The service principles of public library are summarized as the principle of openness to all,commonweal,equity and sharing.The principles of openness to all,commonweal are the core of those,showing the service characteritics of public library.Equity and sharing present the system and aim of the service.The openness is the base of service,commonweal,equity and sharing are realized by openness to all.Sharing is the aim,realized by the service of openness,commonweal and equity.Those service principles interact with each other,carrying through the whole process of public library service. 5 refs.
